Thanks for your booking

Everything you need for the day.

Everything in the building is included: the screens, the wifi, the tables, the kitchenette, and the cleaning afterwards. There are no add-ons and no equipment charges. Bring any caterer you like, or bring lunch yourself.

The training room is set in classroom rows by default. Any other layout is a flat $50; tell us what you need when you book.

Need to change the time or the layout? Reply to your confirmation email. Jeff and Cristina answer fast.

2. Getting in

The exact suite number and the door code arrive with your confirmation email, along with the calendar invite. Keep that email on your phone; it is all you need at the door.

The suite is behind double doors at the front. Access is step-free from the parking lot, so carts, cases and anyone on wheels come straight in.

Parking is free and there is room for a full group: out front, underneath the building, and on the street.

3. The rooms

  • Training room — 800 sq ft, seats 32 plus 10. The main event. An 80-inch TV, a whiteboard wall, tables on wheels, and windows along one side.
  • Conference room — 306 sq ft, seats 8. A closed door for breakouts and calls, with the kitchenette right next to it, so food and coffee stay out of the main room.
  • Entry — 235 sq ft. Where guests land: a check-in table facing the doors, a couch, and coffee. It doubles as the hang-out room between sessions.

4. Screens and boards

The 80-inch TV takes AirPlay from a Mac, an iPhone or an iPad with no adapter and no cable hunt. Mirror the screen and you are presenting.

A rolling TV is available as a second screen for the conference room or a breakout. There is also a large rolling whiteboard, a portable podium, and a flip chart with paper and markers. All of it is included in the rate.

5. Tables and chairs

The tables are on wheels. Roll them into rows, a U, a square, or push them against the wall and open the floor entirely. The chairs stack.

If you booked a layout other than classroom rows, it will be set that way when you arrive. If you move things around on the day, put them back the way you found them before you go.

6. The kitchenette

A full-size fridge that holds a catered lunch, a microwave, and hot and cold water. Restrooms are in the building. Any outside caterer is welcome.

7. Before you leave

Cleaning is included, so this is a reset, not a scrub. Two minutes:

  • Tables and chairs back to classroom rows
  • Whiteboards wiped
  • Food and drinks out of the fridge
  • Trash bagged
  • TV off
  • Lights off
  • Doors pulled shut behind you
